  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil.
  • 5-10 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil.

Dried Herbs

This will give an extra dimension to the milk bath. But, to get this you need to work a little more. You should put the main ingredients and the herbs in a glass jar for 6-8 hours before starting the bath. This time will help the milk to extract the benefits from the herbs.
